According to the website Mic.com, President Barack Obama considers media to be the central focus of his next chapter, remaining actively engaged, inspiring young people interested in changing the way people consume media and information.
Rolling Stone magazine quoted the president as saying:
And then I’m going to start organizing my presidential center. The center is going to be focused on the next generation of leadership, which involves the question: How do we rethink our storytelling? How do we rethink the messaging and the use of technology and digital media so we can make a persuasive case across the country?
“Let’s watch the media celebrate this president if he does half of what Donald Trump was most likely going to do if he lost the presidency. Let’s see them speak out of both sides of their mouth, yet again,” Glenn said.
