Berin Szoka: When thinking abt social media protect the Constitution first

Social media is being attacked from the left and the right. The left wants to pass laws designed to get social media and media-sharing platforms more aggressively "cancel" people they don't like. The right wants to pass laws to prevent the same platforms from enforcing their own community standards. All of these people forget that the First Amendment is a shield against government action, not a sword to be used to compel particular behavior by private companies. This is a VERY important and timely conversation with a true expert and a man of principle, Berin Szoka, founder and president of TechFreedom.
