The town of Morrison is famed for being the hub next to Red Rocks for concert goers from all over the country, and as such draws its fair share of tourists driving through with heavy traffic at times.
Following the installation of new radar cameras, more than 10,000 drivers clocked in excess of the 25 mph speed limit have been issued tickets during the first two weeks the system has been employed. Is this a fair use of resources by police, or a violation of drivers' civil rights to face their accusers?
