The Ross Report for Friday, February 10: 9th Circuit smacks down Trump's executive order; Congressman Thomas Massie!; Kellyanne "counseled"; the Colorado Enterprise Fund

It's not entirely surprising that the three-judge panel ruled against the Trump's administration's executive order temporarily restricting travel from seven Muslim nations. It is surprising that the vote was 3-0. As a friend of mine who is in a position to assess such things put it, "The DOJ lawyer sucked." So now what? We'll talk about it Friday morning at 6:22 with Andrew C. McCarthy of National Review. Text of the ruling is HERE.

This is a huge problem for Kellyanne Conway and Donald Trump. Or it would be if there weren't so many other huge problems going on for the Trump administration. After giving Ivanka Trump's clothing line a "free commercial" on Fox News, when Press Secretary Sean Spicer was asked about it, his answer was short and sweet.

If you'd like to hear more from the most libertarian member of Congress, Thomas Massie of Kentucky, who joins us at 7:50 AM on Friday, check out this speech:

And at 6:50 AM, we talk with Ceyl (pronounced like "Seal") Prinster, President and CEO of the Colorado Enterprise Fund, which offers loans to small and start-up businesses in Colorado which may have trouble getting funding through a traditional bank loan. More info about CEF here:
