It's not entirely surprising that the three-judge panel ruled against the Trump's administration's executive order temporarily restricting travel from seven Muslim nations. It is surprising that the vote was 3-0. As a friend of mine who is in a position to assess such things put it, "The DOJ lawyer sucked." So now what? This is a huge problem for Kellyanne Conway and Donald Trump. Or it would be if there weren't so many other huge problems going on for the Trump administration.
