The Rundown - Monday, April 10, 2017: Mike Morell and Prof. Richard Stoll Syria fallout; Perlmutter jumps in Gov race (yawn)

I hope you all had a great weekend. I had my first experience coaching kids. (Assistant coach of my 3rd-grader's flag football team.) It was lots of fun. I think I have a lot to learn about coaching!

Joining us at 6:06 (and again later in the show) is former CIA deputy director and acting director Michael Morell. We'll talk about whether the US air strike on Syria actually had an impact on the war in Syria, and where else it had an impact.

At 7:36, we'll talk with Prof. Richard Stoll about other aspects of the impacts of the Syria strikes on American foreign policy more broadly and whether his research suggests any likely outcome of what we've seen so far:  https://politicalscience.rice.edu/Content.aspx?id=258
