The Rundown - Friday, April 28, 2017 - CU has students as terrible as UC; State Sen Randy Baumgardner, a lonely Republican favoring a tax hike; What Yale grad students mean by a "hunger strike"

It's not just Cal Berkeley which is full of intolerant leftist snowflakes. Larry Reed, president of the Foundation for Economic Education, came to speak at CU-Denver, and this happened:


At 7:36, we'll talk with State Senator Randy Baumgardner who was one of only two Republican state senators that I know of who supported House Bill 1242 which would have raised our state sales taxes by between $500 million and $600 million per year to raise money for "transportation", which would include road improvements but also other things that local governments might want like bike paths and mass transit. 

I'll mostly go easy on Randy, especially since he lost (at least so far.) And we'll ask about other things going on as we near the end of this legislative session.

Seriously, is there anything more pathetic than a bunch of Ivy League hipster elitists going on a "hunger strike" to press for unionization of their little group, and including a statement that if they're getting a little too hungry and want to quit, some other snowflake can come replace them? Seriously:
