Is a Kasich-Hickenlooper presidential ticket one with something for everyone to love, or for everyone to hate? To me, it's basically a Democratic ticket. Despite Kasich's excellent fiscal record, his love of Medicare expansion is trumping his prior fiscal conservatism.
