On Tuesday, Apple announced a bunch of new products and updates to existing products. The flagship iPhone X (pronounced "iPhone Ten") has some very interested changes...and a very interesting price. The next version Apple Watch will have cellular built in.

As Education Secretary Betsy DeVos announces a welcome rollback of the tyrannical Obama-era "dear colleague" letter which caused colleges to impose unjust processes for those (almost always young men) accused of sexual assault on campus, attorney Andrew Miltenberg joins us to talk about related cases he's been involved with...including at least three here in Colorado and one right now at the Colorado School of Mines

We'll talk with Marc about, among other things, the short term climate hysteria, especially among mindless media/entertainment liberals (see video below), brought on by the recent hurricanes in the US, earthquake in Mexico, etc.

Congressman Ken Buck supports (as do I) increasing the number of guest worker visas available to foreigners. This is separate from a conversation about DACA, illegal immigration, etc., and an important economic issue.
