The Rundown - Tues 9/26/17: More NFL fallout; Heidi Ganahl

Steelers' lineman Alejandro Villanueva was a hero to many on Sunday for standing alone at the end of the tunnel with his hand over his heart. On Monday, he apologized for what he said was a mistake (not of judgment but of how and when he walked to the end of the tunnel) which put him in that position.

I got a LOT of emails from folks saying they were furious with the Broncos for (some of them) kneeling during the national anthem on Sunday. My take: give them a break; this protest was against Trump. Now, if they KEEP kneeling in coming weeks, I think it would be more fair to be upset but if I were a betting man, I'd bet that coach Vance Joseph, a strong believer in standing for the anthem, will try to keep that from happening.
