The Rundown - Friday 11/3/17: How my daughter brought a tear to my eye

Meanwhile, in less important things, the House Republicans released their tax plan. While it's not perfect, it's a definite step in the right direction. If I were in the House and was told that I had to vote yes or no on this and no changes would be allowed, I'd vote yes. I'm worried about the Senate.
