Despite multiple apologies (see below) by the company and its advertising agency explaining that they were trying to be funny, we now have just the latest example of "zero tolerance" going way too far.

And then there's this comment to the agency's apology...my response wouldn't be very nice so for the moment I won't respond at all but you can probably imagine what I'm thinking:
