The Rundown - Weds 12/13/17: AL elects a Dem

A lot of soul-searching needs to be done in a lot of places: A bit in Alabama, but more in the Bannon wing of the GOP and in the White House and in the offices of the organizations who aim to elect Republicans to office.

Below is a 3-minute summary of Democrat Doug Jones' victory speech after beating cringeworthy GOP nominee, former judge Roy Moore followed by Moore's non-concession even though he has lost. The difference between the speeches makes me feel slightly less bad about Alabama having a Democrat in the Senate for the next three years.
