The Rundown-Mon 2/26/18:Judge Napolitano; Broward sheriff must go; Dem memo

Oh boy, I'm psyched for this! At 6:08 AM (with probable replay at 8:06 AM) I'll speak with the fantastic Judge Andrew Napolitano about the Second Amendment ramifications of the Florida massacre and about the Democratic "memo" (about which more below).

CNN's Jake Tapper, who led the "town hall" emoting session aimed at villifying the NRA came back with a very strong interview of Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel. Israel said so many ridiculous things. There are a few which I think will be proven wrong including "I won't resign."

I have a lot to say about this interview on Monday's show, including what I think are the key audio clips from the conversation.

Congressman Adam Schiff (D-CA), the ranking member of the House Select Committee on Intelligence, released his memo attempting to rebut the "Nunes memo" of a few weeks back. It was a total bust, and I have a feeling Schiff knew it would be which is why he released it on a Saturday.

Over at National Review, Andy McCarthy absolutely shredded Schiff and his memo:
