A wonderful story from a listener (USAF sergeant)...please watch

When you mentioned kids I wanted to send you a couple videos. This first one is my home coming from my recent deployment and the first one I surprised was my 8 year old son who has cerebral palsy. Every day is a fight to teach him self reliance that most of us don’t think about.... like learning to put his own socks on or be able to know when and how to ask for help with the things he physically can’t do.

But I thought you would enjoy the video and the comments because I was amazed by the outpouring of support. 95% of the comments are positive and uplifting and it made me have a little more faith in our amazing country.

We’ve been trying to save money to retrofit the house to adapt to his wheelchair and hopefully, someday be able to afford a ranch style house that is adapted for him. As well as saving for a promising stem cell therapy that we found and are currently researching. (That’s why there is a gofundme link under the comments that I left on that thread).

The second video is just for a laugh. It’s my boys learning how to seal a verbal agreement with a spit shake. Wait for the end...
