Birth rates decline; Heidi Ganahl; Affordable housing woes-The Rundown 5/23

Most important question of the day:  Do we need more donuts in Denver?

Great guests today:

7:06 AM CU Regent Heidi Ganahl joins us to talk about her efforts to require that CU maintain "viewpoint neutrality".

8:47 AM Attorney Rob McGough represents several homeowners caught up in Denver's failure to enforce provisions of its affordable housing program.

9:34 AM John Heubeusch is Executive Director of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation & Institute. We'll talk about how Trump’s potential meeting with Kim Jong Un aligns with that of President Reagan and Gorbachev’s, and how preparation is imperative to a U.S. diplomatic victory.

John had a great oped in USA Today that outlines exactly what Reagan did leading up to his meeting with Gorbachev, and asserts that, “it’s critical [that Trump] approach these meetings with Reagan’s own foresight.”

In its own way, declining fertility rates across the world show that markets work. The main concern for me would be a declining number of working Americans having to support an increasing number of retirees over time.

Is Donald Trump backing off on e-verify?

The Dems’ 2018 strategy...will it work or is it a sign of desperation?

Brandi Chastain was a good sport about an ugly plaque. It's good that the bronze is being redone:
