Gurnal Scott with FOX News Radio discusses the Bill Cosby sentencing

The decision by Judge Steven O'Neill, three to 10 years in state prison for Cosby for his 2004 sexual assault of Andrea Constand.

The judge also setting conditions: no contact with Constand or her family, enrollment in a sex offender counseling program and Cosby has to foot the bill for prosecution costs.

The defense continues to argue for their client, asking the judge to set bail, pending an expected appeal.

Judge O'Neill saying he would treat Cosby any differently than any other person convicted of such a crime. Cosby is to be taken immediately to begin his sentence
