Help local hero John Tiegen support veterans and 1st responders in CA

Many of you know John "Tig" Tiegen from the book and movie "13 Hours" about the heroism displayed by Tig, "Oz", "Tanto" and others in saving lives during a jihadist attack on US personnel in Benghazi, Libya on September 11, 2012. John and his wife, Margaret, created the Beyond the Battlefield Foundation, and they're hoping you'll be willing to support their current endeavor:

First, a note from John and Margaret Tiegen regarding this charitable effort. Below are the places you can drop off your donations.

Dear Sponsor,

We need your support. We are raising funds for a toy run to be sent to California on December, 16th.

We are currently collecting toys and gift cards for veterans, military and first responders affected by the camp fire in northern California. The fires have taken everything from them let us remind them that we will not let their children go with out.

As a sponsor you will help to make this trip possible. Two members of our team will travel in a truck picking up donations along the way at four designated stops. We need to cover all of our travel, hotels, and meals to and from California.  In return, based on the level of sponsorship, you will receive exposure in the form of listing on our web site and social media sites( and John Tiegen sites) along with mention news media.

Please consider even a small donation so we can keep helping veterans and their families and especially those in distress. We cannot do this without you. We, and those we serve, sincerely appreciate your generosity.

Thank you for you support,

Margaret Tiegen
