State Sen and fmr Weld Cty Sheriff John Cooke on flipping off politicians

I believe that a close reading of this law, along with the definition of harassment law, would make it illegal to swear at or make an obscene gesture at an elected official (in public). I think this law stinks and may well be unconstitutional. Finally, I think that probably most politicians who voted for it didn't read it and don't understand it.
