Actor and musician Gary Sinise joins us to talk about the National Memorial Day Concert. Gary found fame and fortune as the bass player for the Lt Dan Band, soon to be inducted, I expect, into the rock hall of fame. One of the only bands ever to play Diego Garcia.
Co-hosted by Sinise, Tony-Award-winner Joe Mantegna with actress Mary McCormack, who are all long-time supporters of veterans’ causes and our troops in active service, the 34th annual event brings the country together and pays tribute to the service and sacrifice of our men and women in uniform.
