Daniel O’Connor retired with two medals of distinction from the CIA after directly serving five CIA Directors of Intelligence (DCIs) and their Deputy Directors (DDCI). He also served as a Senior Executive Intelligence officer in multiple U.S. Embassy’s in Asia, Europe, Africa, and South America. Following an agency career, Dan launched and was the CEO and President of a boutique private security and consulting firm, advising ultra high net worth individuals and their families across business, travel, and domestic life. This work included extensive domestic and international travel, and close collaboration with former U.S. Special Operation Forces personnel. Upon retirement, he launched his third career as an author.
