The Situation: Lack of Treatment Really a Conspiracy?

Joe Rogan recently had Dr. Peter McCullough on his show to talk vaccines. According to McCullough, there was a mass effort to push vaccines by not having protocol for COVID treatment. This is the same doctor with a lawsuit against him for using his former titles after being fired months ago. Which just brings another question, is he able to speak out against the jab now that he's not officially affiliated with his job?
