Tennessee Titans rookie wide receiver Carnell Tate returned to practice today after dealing with general stiffness, as reported by the team. Tate, a first-round draft pick, participated in the Titans' joint practice with the Seattle Seahawks. This return comes after Tate missed practice earlier this week due to a collision with safety Kevin Winston Jr., which caused him dizziness. Despite concerns, head coach Robert Saleh assured that the injury was not expected to be a long-term issue.

Tate's absence from practice raised concerns, especially since he struggled to make an impact during the Titans' preseason opener against the San Francisco 49ers. He was targeted three times but did not record a catch. According to Yahoo Sports, the Titans are hoping for a better performance from Tate as they prepare for their next preseason game against the Seahawks on Sunday (August 24).

While Tate's return is a positive sign, it remains uncertain whether he will play in the upcoming game. The Titans are keen on ensuring his readiness for the regular season, which is only a few weeks away. Music City Miracles highlighted that several Titans players, including Tate, need to bounce back after a lackluster performance against the 49ers.

As the Titans continue their preseason preparations, they are closely monitoring Tate's progress and evaluating his readiness for the upcoming games. Sports Illustrated reported that the team is optimistic about his recovery and potential impact on the field.
