Have you heard of a "ghost kitchen"? A great idea, especially during COVID.


I'm always inspired by the entrepreneurial ingenuity of Americans who find ways to make money by solving a problem. Even before COVID, millennials were increasingly using delivery services for their restaurant meals rather than dining in at restaurants. Obviously COVID accelerated that trend for everybody. Zuul and other "ghost kitchen" providers were in the right place at the right time to help allow this to happen.
