Some folks, particularly conservatives, will wonder if Colin Clarke is underplaying the risks from far-left groups like ANTIFA and BLM. Keep in mind that his focus is on attacks that have the intention of hurting and killing people; it's a distinctly separate thing from intentional property destruction, which Mr. Clarke in no way excuses. This is an important and possibly challenging conversation.
