Try as I might, even while eating a burger on the air, I couldn't get Colorado Governor Jared Polis to answer why he issued a proclamation naming Saturday 3/20 as "MeatOut Day", during which he wants people to a vegetarian diet. It's made national and international news and caused the governor of Nebraska to proclaim a "Meat on the Menu Day." He seems very proud of having become the state's "best beef salesman."
