Mike Coffman understands that when you subsidize/incentivize something you get more of it. That's why he wants to stop making it so easy and enticing for the homeless to trash the city of Aurora. And he's willing to make a big political fight out of it if the leftists on the Aurora City Council won't go along with what Mike believes is an overwhelming will of the residents of the city.
