Tuesdays show began with Michael checking in with Kamala Harris and her ridiculous answers over the weekend. And speaking of Ukraine, how exactly did we get here? The answer is simple. Democrats! Bill Clinton decided to make Ukraine give 1900 nuclear weapons back to Russia with the Budapest Memorandum which was signed in 1994.
